With its back against the wall and its internal software development failing, Apple was left with only desperation moves. Fortunately, it made a good one: Mac OS X 10.0, which shipped 20 years ago. From the Apple menu  in the corner of your screen, choose About This Mac. You should see the macOS name, such as macOS Big Sur, followed by its version number. If you need to know the build number as well, click the version number to see it. Which macOS version is the latest?

Offend Mac Os Catalina

Hello. I have 4 x 2TB hard drives stuck on Owners Enabled: 'No'. Only SSD drive in optical bay is 'Yes'. I did clean install of applications including OS to SSD, migrated minimal user data, relocated the HOME folders, 3 on bay one, actually did not do the last user, planned to put on Bay 2 hard drive. But testing, operation poor, lost settings, long log of Disk Permission errors, where I noticed Owner Enabled 'No'on the Disk Utility Pane. Trick me or treat me mac os. Am I missing something stupid here? I am burnt out from doing this two days in a row. May not get back to this till Saturday.
