I've checked out the checkModifierKeys app (mentioned in the accepted answer post) and have not been successful in getting it to work for my needs. Is there a way to get the above code to work with Automator and/or bash on Mac OS X (I'm currently using Mojave)? – nollaf126 Nov 1 '19 at 18:55.
